Honey Raisin Cookies

Try making these delicious cookies with your family. In a large bowl, mix together: • 3/4 cup honey• 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce• 2 eggs• 1 teaspoon vanilla Add 2 cups of raisins and mix again. In a different bowl, stir together: • 2-1/2 cups flour• 1 teaspoon salt• 1 teaspoon baking soda Add the flour mixture to the honey mixture in the larger bowl. Mix everything together. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Drop cookie dough by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove cookies from cookie sheet and let cool on a rack.
