Elegant yet oh so easy, these party-worthy starters are a breeze to toss together for showers or special gatherings

Raspberry Phyllo Tarts Mascarpone is the perfect creamy component in this fruity treat. To make: Stack 5 sheets phyllo together, coating each with cooking spray. Cut into 12 squares; press into 12-cup muffin tin. Bake at 375°F for 10 min., pressing down centers halfway; let cool. Add 1 Tbs. mascarpone to each. Top with raspberries. Serves 12 Melon-Feta Stacks A drizzle of olive oil makes these sweet-and-savory skewers irresistible. To make: Cut 12 (1") cubes from 1 small watermelon. Cut 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. feta into 12 cubes. On each of 12 toothpicks, thread 1 basil leaf, 1 block of feta and 1 watermelon cube. Transfer to plate. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil; sprinkle with salt.
