Fire and Faith: Book Two of the Hoople's Haven Mysteries

(Write a Review)
Hoople's Haven Campground is located just outside of Spring Valley where friendships are warm, and the nights can be really hot!
Mavis Hoople is excited about the new pastor coming to Community Church after the old pastor retired. Not everyone in Spring Valley warms up to the idea of a woman leading the congregation, however. Rev. Sally Stevens is rudely welcomed on her first night in town by having her car door spray painted with "Go Home."
Mavis is determined to get to the bottom of things but finds herself in a hot mess when fires start erupting around town and an arsonist appears to be on a rampage. More puzzling mysteries present themselves as our favorite sleuth and owner of Hoople's Haven Campground tackles, not only an arsonist, but misogyny, homophobia, mental illness and more, to help her small town pull together in a time of adversity. Hoople's Haven Mystery fans will be pleased to know that Mavis's collie Lance is back at her side along with her co-workers at the campground, her knitting group, and her special friend Jake. It is a cozy mystery that is heart-warming with a touch of justice, faith, friendship, and forgiveness.
Includes book group discussion questions.

Fire and Faith may be read as a standalone cozy mystery, however it is the second book in the Hoople's Haven Mystery Series following Campers and Cows.

"Thank you so much for your heart-warming story of a small-town, close-knit community who show many of us how it should be done."
