CURRO Very pricey Curro unbundled its Stadio shares and shareholders were left better off with Stadio ending its first week on 620c per share, and Curro only losing 170c over the week. Stadio has already announced a rights issue at 250c a share, likely the first of many. For holders Curro is more mature, and very expensive, as its schools made 27.6c/share for the first six months. This puts Curro on a price-to-earnings ratio (P/E) of some 75 times. Schools growth is likely to be more modest without the tertiary division and as such switching Curro into ADvTECH* would make sense. The logic here is that ADvTECH schools are a great deal cheaper.
