¡VIVA EL VINO!

MILES DE ESTUDIOS HAN PRESTADO ATENCIÓN AL POTENCIAL TERAPÉUTICO DE LAS UVAS Y SUS DERIVADOS, REVELANDO QUE EL CONSUMO DE ESTA FRUTA ES ALTAMENTE BENEFICIOSO PARA NUESTRA SALUD CARDIOVASCULAR Y PARA MANTENER NUESTRO CEREBRO EN UN ESTADO ÓPTIMO. EL VINO, POR SU PARTE, CONTINÚA SIENDO EL GRAN DILEMA, PORQUE HAY INVESTIGACIONES PARA TODOS LOS GUSTOS.

Posiblemente sin pretenderlo, uno de los más repetidos vítores de la cultura gastronómica mediterránea –¡viva el vino!– quedó ligado para siempre a la figura del que fuera presidente del Gobierno español, Mariano Rajoy, cuando quiso realzar sus virtudes públicamente, generando uno de sus muchos memes. Parece indiscutible que una copa de vino tinto al día mejora nuestra salud cardiovascular e incluso ejerce un efecto protector a nivel neuronal, especialmente frente al deterioro cognitivo por la edad.
