LAS RUINAS DE GLASTONBURY EL REFUGIO DE LOS MÉDIUMS QUE BUSCABAN EL SANTO GRIAL Frederick Bligh Bond nació el 30 de junio de 1864 en el seno de una familia religiosa. Su padre, el reverendo Hookey Bond, poseía una biblioteca personal repleta de libros de historia y arte medieval que Frederick devoraba hora tras hora. Cautivado por tales lecturas, el joven Bond desarrolló un talento innato y autodidacta por el dibujo y la arquitectura, hasta el punto de que en 1897 se presentó de manera independiente al examen del Real Instituto de Arquitectos Británicos. Frederick superó la prueba y obtuvo la certificación profesional, pasando después a ejercer dicho oficio en Bristol. La vida le iba muy bien.
