Decades-Under the Same Shared Sun transports the reader through time, and with each heartfelt verse, the author provides a glimpse of her life experiences as an Italian American. It all begins with the arrival of a young immigrant family to the United States of America and the soon-after birth of the family's first American-born child. What follows are more than six decades of the author's life growing-up-girl in America through the sixties, seventies, and eighties while finding her very own special way in a new world and a new age too.
