Sex abuse warning to every McDonald's

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has told operators they must comply with their legal duties, or risk enforcement action.
It follows widespread claims of a toxic culture of sexual assault and harassment at the fast food chain.
The EHRC entered into a legally binding agreement with McDonald's in 2023 to prevent sexual harassment in its outlets.
But franchisees who run most of the chain's 1400 restaurants in the UK were not covered by the agreement.
