Ratcliffe, who spent £1.3billion for a 28.94 per cent stake in United a year ago, complained money is still owed on those players he deemed not good enough for the club.
"If you look at the players we're buying this summer, that we didn't buy, we're buying Antony, we're buying Casemiro, we're buying Onana, we're buying Hojlund, we're buying Sancho,” said Ratcliffe.
