The talent-spotter first saw the Rangers star as a 10-year-old and was in no doubt he was set for big things.
Ringa said: “I discovered Hamza in the streets of Temara in 2012 when he was 10.
“He was distinguished, not only in terms of technique but also in terms of mentality.
“He had green self-confidence and on the pitch was seen as a leader. He is still discovering his hidden potential.”
Igamane went on to come through the ranks of AS FAR. He became their youngest player to win the title before he moved to Rangers in the summer.
The 22-year-old arrived with an injury but since getting fit has proved his worth both domestically and in Europe.
Ringa believes Igamane is proudly flying the flag for Moroccan football in Europe.
Speaking to UEFA Europa League Magazine, Ringa said: “This year, Hamza has proven his quality and scored nine goals in the league and four in the Europa League. That is 13 within just five months,
“His neighbourhood and all Moroccans are proud of him because he's represented us well as a Moroccan.”
