Just st a year ago, TAG Heuer’s CEO Frédéric Arnault premiered one of the boldest timepieces the brand released in recent years, combining high jewellery with high technology using a form of chemical vapour deposition (CVD). The Carrera Plasma was almost a conceptual timepiece, combining a sporty tourbillon chronograph watch with lab-grown diamonds in all shapes and forms, including a diamond-covered dial that gives a new meaning to the snow setting. The aluminium case was set with lab-grown diamonds on the lugs and case middle.
