NÎMES LA FIÈRE FUT AUSSI INDUSTRIEUSE ET OUVRIÈRE. DES QUARTIERS ENTIERS S’EN SOUVIENNENT, OÙ CIRCULE DÉSORMAIS UNE ÉNERGIE CRÉATIVE ET SOLIDAIRE. EMBLÉMATIQUE DE CET ÉLAN CITOYEN, LE SPOT, AU CŒUR DE GAMBETTA, EST UNE VÉRITABLE LOCOMOTIVE.

STREET CULTURE Sa façade exubérante annonce la couleur: ici, bombes et sprays ont droit de cité. Repaire d’une bande de garçons dans le vent, Le Spot est un tiers-lieu dédié aux cultures urbaines et alternatives. Une ruche abritant un bar, un skate shop, des associations, des graphistes, des ateliers pour les enfants. Une fois par an, en septembre, il sert de camp de base à « l’Expo de Ouf » et ses dizaines de street artistes lancés à l’assaut des façades environnantes. Résultat : les œuvres colorées ont déferlé sur les murs décrépis et amorcé le renouveau de ce quartier défavorisé. À savoir: le lieu est ouvert à midi en mode cantine et brasse sa propre bière dans sa cave. LE SPOT L’Expo de Ouf, jusqu’au 27 octobre 2018.…
