HISTOIRE DE FAMILLE Il y a le père, Patrick de Montal, inventeur d'un AOC en 1985, la Fine Blanche, avec un alcool qui sort pur et cristallin de l'alambic, la mère, Victoire de Montesquiou, descendante de Charles de Batz de Castelmore dit d'Artagnan, journaliste et écrivaine, le fils Jean de Montal et son épouse Lili, passionnément attachés à ces terres à nouveau productrices, et enfin Fabrice Saramon, oenologue de la première heure. Tous pour un et un pour tous à la résurrection de la région confidentielle du Haut-Armagnac.
