PLAN DE VOL Il flatte un parfum d’histoire place du Capitole: l’hôtel du Grand Balcon et surtout sa chambre n°32 vibrent encore du passage des pilotes de l’Aéropostale, dans le sillage d’Antoine de SaintExupéry, qui y séjourna dans les années 1920. Reconstituée à l’identique, suivant des photos d’archive, lors de la restauration de l’hôtel par Jean-Philippe Nuel en 2008, la « suite SaintExupéry » évoque son hôte, tandis que les autres chambres reprennent, dans un esprit contemporain, le thème des pionniers de l’aviation.
