Habité par l’Histoire, peuplé d’œuvres d’art contemporaines, théâtralisé par leur fantasque complice Christian Collot, leur nouvel écrin est un «petit palais à l’époque d’aujourd’hui, qui appelle une cuisine en résonnance, un certain classicisme avec folie, sans être bridée par des codes, des guides. On a créé ce lieu pour une passion, dans une totale liberté, pour développer une proximité toujours plus grande avec le visiteur, le surprendre – que cela percute dans la bouche…
