This class management tool allows teachers (and principals or administrators) of Quran memorization (hifz) schools to effectively structure and manage their hifz programs. This book, or register, has been designed based on decades of experience and research from schools throughout the world, including the United States and Canada. It defines the overall curriculum, structure, and academic standards for a hifz program and provides benchmarks and tools to monitor hifz progress (pace of memorization, quality of memorization, and tajwid). It provides daily monitoring tools for hifz progress (new lesson, attached lesson, revision), tajwid progress, attendance, and behavior. It provides full transparency and captures information in a single view so that teachers and administrator can identify areas of concern and develop effective remediation and improvement strategies. It also includes exam templates and test templates (e.g. for juz tests, etc.). Additional features include tools to ease the administrative load, such as a student code of conduct and notice of violation, fee tracker, field trip forms, etc. This is a unique tool which, to our knowledge, has never been put together in such a manner. It has been successfully employed in the United States for effective management of hifz classes.
