Dear Marvin, I really enjoy your magazine and look forward to each issue. It’s well done. Your April issue cover story “150 Years of the Kentucky Derby” was excellent and very informative. One segment, “Secretariat’s Ride to Glory” by Kenneth Shouler, caught my eye. For good reason. Omitted in the piece was the name of the jockey who rode the great Secretariat to the Triple Crown in 1973. Ron Turcotte from Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Canada, rode Secretariat setting time records not just in the Kentucky Derby but also at the Preakness and Belmont Stakes.
