Watch ice crystals form on a tin can!

You’ll need: • Clean can• Ice cubes• Lots of salt• Plastic lid What to do: 1 Fill the can with ice. 2 Cover the ice with lots and lots of salt. 3 Place the lid on top and shake the can for a few minutes. What happens to outside of the can? How it works When you add salt to ice, it melts quickly and turns into super cold water. This makes the can cold, too.
