I am Head of Business at Audi Approved Erdington, and also have responsibility for our Audi Divisional Digital Contact Centre. I have been a HOB for 6 years now, having been promoted into the role by Jardine Motors Group. Day to day my role really is to try and ensure that the way the business runs makes it easy for the staff to do their jobs. I am constantly looking at how I can support and develop the management team to allow them to achieve their role, but also to feel confident to push their own boundaries.
