The owners of this property, a professional couple with two young daughters, wanted a timeless modern design with well-proportioned interior spaces and a varied palette of materials and colours. “Having built before, the owners knew the importance of having a clear brief,” says Parisa Soltani, Architectural Designer, Chateau Architects + Builders. “That brief was to create a large family home over two levels; one that considered the topography of the land and orientation of the site.
