AIDAN ZAMIRI Photographer ‘I’m accidentally mysterious,’ jokes photographer Aidan Zamiri, but he’s not exactly wrong. More comfortable behind the camera, despite being an image-maker, he’s not interested in capturing himself – though he made an exception in this instance. A master of light, his images are hauntingly beautiful and somewhat sinister, often with a retro, VHS-esque feel. You’ll have seen his work with avant-pop musicians from Sega Bodega and Shygirl to Caroline Polachek, as well as collaborating with London’s upcoming design names such as Paolina Russo and Mowalola.
