Your journey to becoming a somatic mindset practitioner, as seen through your Instagram videos and website blog, is inspiring. Can you share what led you on this path and how your experiences have shaped your coaching style? My journey was deeply personal and led me to coaching. Nearly 13 years ago, my dad passed away, which initiated my path to healing and spirituality. Living in South Korea six months after his passing, far from home, dealing with grief, meeting new people, and experiencing a different culture opened my eyes to my lifestyle and choices.
