For trail/enduro riding, a good starting point is to set the bar so that the grips are level with (or slightly below) the saddle at full pedalling height. 2 SPACERS EXPLORATION To adjust the bar height, remove the headset top-cap bolt, loosen the stem clamp bolts and slide the stem off the fork’s steerer tube.
