This book contains three parts.
Part One looks at the ten causes that stopped Arjuna from performing his duty as a warrior and the solutions that Krishna offered to him.
Part Two looks at the principles of performing Karma that can help us in our official duty, whatever it might be. This part of the book will help you in putting the principles of Karma Yoga into practice so that the world around you becomes a better place for you and others, and so that you feel purer and purer from within. In short, increase your contribution to the world through your mind, body, and speech, and increase your purity by getting closer and closer to the immortal spirit within you.
Part Three contains a variety of thoughts that came to my mind while I was in the process of thinking about the essential message of the Gita.
