Book Synopsis: The cookbook is made up of recipes from family recipes and recipes that I have done over the years. I believe some folks would really enjoy the book and take a venture into cooking.
Autobiography: Born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, moved to Seattle in 1969 after leaving the Army and married my girlfriend Barbara. Barbara and I had only one child named after his grandfather. In spring of 1969, I started my training as a cook. After 17 years I work my way up to sou chef. In 1986, I retired from cooking and started to write my book, Bachelor Comfort Food
