EN 1933 PETR MUCHA VOLÓ CON UN PRAGA ALFA EN LAS “1000 MIL CESKOSLOVENSKÝCHC”. Las 1.000 Millas de Checoslovaquia era una carrera inspirada en la Mille Miglia que se celebró durante tres años: entre 1933 y 1935. El Praga Alfa que ganó tenía un seis cilindros de 1,8 litros y se impuso en la general, no solo en su clase, sino sobre los modelos de la categoría sin restricciones. Pero la alegría duró poco. Su piloto falleció en un accidente cuando preparaba su participación en la segunda edición y la marca abandonó los planes de competición para centrarse en automóviles e incluso aviones. 89 años después, en 2022, Praga presentó un superdeportivo que conmemoraba aquella victoria: el Bohema.
