Sopa de brotes de soja Coloque en una cacerola 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva. Agréguele un puerro cortado en rodajitas y una zanahoria cortada en daditos. Rocíelo con e cucharadas de salsa de soja. Tape y cocine a fuego lento durante 10 minutos. Para finalizar, agregue 1/2 litro de agua hirviendo y 250 g de brotes de soja. Aperitivo de mar Licue una rama de apio, el jugo de 3 pomelos y una taza de brotes de soja o alfalfa. Sirva inmediatamente, espolvoreado con una cucharadita de algas marinas molidas.
