The Artist In Me, is a children's book about how we all can be inspired by the diversity present around us. We all have our differences, which are things that make us unique. There is inspiration to be found and explored as we start to look at our unique qualities through a positive lens.
The little boy in the story has a school project to create. He goes to his favorite art store, that is owned by Mr. Graffiti. The boy thinks Mr. Graffiti is an interesting man, because he is different than him. Mr. Graffiti only sells art supplies that work a little differently. After the boy stops by the art store to pick up a few art supplies he creates his masterpiece to showcase to his class who he is inspired by.
