For many yearsp you didn’t even need to look at the latest statistics concerning the amount of revenue generated by developers of apps for the iOS platform compared to their counterparts working on Android apps. The money made by those working on apps for the Cupertino firm's platform just so drastically outstripped anything that one could hope for as an Android developer.
Why? Well, iOS was so much more established and powered the most gamechanging devices. Plus, Apple has always seemed to have a better model for gleaning profits from apps — for both themselves and the app developers. As with the actual iDevices, people have long been used to shelling out cold, hard cash for iOS apps because they know that they're getting premium quality for their premium cash.
