KAMOUFLERAD ORIGINALFÄRG Jag har ärvt ett hörnskåp som jag är lite nyfiken på att veta mer om. Skåpet är signerat med initialerna N.N.S och år 1806. Skåpet har ett rejält lås i järn. Det vore kul att veta historien bakom det här skåpet eftersom det funnits i släkten ganska länge. Tack för en bra spalt och tidning! Tommy Andersson SVAR: Ditt skåp är svensk allmoge och årtalet 1806 är säkert riktigt. Det är lite svårt att säga var det kommer ifrån, eftersom det är ommålat i senare tid. Originalfärgen hade kunnat avslöja ursprunget, men lackfärgen från 1900-talet blir ett effektivt kamouflage. NNS är inte en signatur, det är en typisk ägarmärkning.
