MUFFINS med härliga toppings

De här muffinsarna är goda som de är, men med lite frosting, marängsmörkräm eller chokladgrädde på toppen blir de oemotståndliga.

Små hallonmuffins med vit choklad Chokladgrädden måste kallna helt innan den vispas fluffig. Låt den gärna stå i kylen över natten. • 30 mini • 50 min + tid i kylen 50 g smör2 ägg1½ dl strösocker2 dl vetemjöl1½ tsk bakpulver1 tsk vaniljsocker1 dl mjölk50 g vit choklad, grovt hackadca 150 g hallon VIT CHOKLADGRÄDDE 100 g vit choklad2 dl vispgrädde GARNERING hallon 1. Sätt ugnen på 200°. 2. Smält smöret, ta kastrullen från värmen. Vispa ägg och socker pösigt. 3. Blanda mjöl, bakpulver och vanilj. Sikta ner det i smeten växelvis med smör och mjölk. 4.
