CITRONPAJ MED MARÄNGTÄCKE Baka en läcker paj med frasig botten och krämig citronfyllning som toppas med ett tjockt lager len och fluffig maräng. 10 bitar 45 min + ca 2 timmar för pajen att stelna i kylskåp PAJBOTTEN 100 g smör3 dl vetemjöl1 dl florsocker1 äggula1 nypa salt CITRONKRÄM 2 citroner, saft (ca 1 dl) och skal2 dl strösocker3 ägg2 äggulor2 krm vaniljpulver2 ½ msk majsstärkelse100 g smör MARÄNGTÄCKE 3 äggvitor1 tsk citronsaft1 ½ dl strösocker 1. Botten: Klä bottnen av en springform med bakplåtspapper och smörj kanterna med smör. 2. Nyp ihop ingredienserna till bottnen för hand eller i en matberedare.
