DOKTORN Min personlighet har förändrats Jag är en kvinna i 50-årsåldern som alltid ansett mig ha ganska lång stubin, kunnat ha många bollar i luften samtidigt och sett positivt på livet. Men sedan någon månad tillbaka klarar jag knappt av några intryck alls längre. Att vara bland folk, eller att ytterligare en sak tillkommer på att göralistan ger mig ångest. Jag vill då bara släppa allt och gömma mig under täcket i sängen. Har också börjat få en massa skräckscenarion gällande allt, exempelvis nu att jag ska få sparken på jobbet. Det inträffar även om jag försöker att se saker positivt. Det kan även vara så banalt att jag drar ett skämt för min man och han inte skrattar, då hoppar min hjärna direkt till ”han tycker inte om…
