BANANCUPCAKES MED CHOKLADFROSTING Här är en riktig klassiker som du kan återvända till om och om igen. Kom ihåg att använda mogna bananer – det gör stor skillnad. 18 stycken30 minuter + 30 minuter i ugn CUPCAKES 150 g mjukt smör3,3 dl (200 g) socker4 små ägg5 mycket mogna bananer3,5 dl (210 g) vetemjöl1 tsk bakpulver1 nypa salt100 g mörk choklad18 muffinsformar av papper CHOKLADFROSTING 200 g mjukt smör150 g kondenserad mjölk100 g mörk choklad TILL SERVERING 2 bananer rörsocker 1.
