Den hederliga falukorven är inte bara billig – utan också riktigt god och går alldeles utmärkt att variera. Här bjuder vi på fyra recept som sätter guldkant på vardagen.

UGNSSTEKT FALUKORV MED ÄPPLEN OCH TIMJANSSTEKT LÖK Enkel vardagsmiddag som nästan sköter sig själv i ugnen – falukorv med äppelklyftor tillsammans med timjansstekt lök och fetaost. 6 portioner40 minuter 2 gula lökar, ca 200 g2 msk smör½ tsk strösocker2 tsk färsk eller fryst timjan, eller 1 tsk torkadsalt och peppar800 g falukorv2 äpplen150 g fetaost 1. Skala och skiva löken, stek riktigt mjuk i smöret på låg värme tills den är glansig och gyllene, ca 15 minuter. Tillsätt sockret, hälften av timjanen och fortsätt stek några minuter. Salta och peppra. 2. Skåra falukorven med ca 1 cm mellanrum. Inte hela vägen igenom, ska sitta ihop i botten. 3. Tvätta av och skär tunna halvmånar av ett äpple och tryck ner i skårorna i korven.
