HEL ROTSELLERI MED BRYNT SMÖR Som en bakad potatis, men med mer smak! 4 portioner20 minuter + ugnstid 4 rotselleri2 msk olivolja2 vitlöksklyftor1 apelsin200 g smörsalt och peppar3 msk rostade hasselnötter½ knippe persilja 1. Sätt på ugnen på 180°. 2. Tvätta sellerin och lägg den i en ugnssäker form. 3. Pensla sellerin med olja och grädda i ugnen i 2 timmar så att den blir mjuk hela vägen igenom. 4. Hacka vitlöken fint och riv apelsinskalet. Smält smöret på låg värme i en liten kastrull tills det börjar bubbla och bli gyllene. Blanda smöret med löken och apelsinskalet. Krydda med salt och peppar. 5. Grovhacka hasselnötter och persilja. Skär en öppning i toppen av sellerin och häll det brynta smöret över. Strö över hasselnötter och persilja. Servera.
