Matjestårta med julsmak

Pepparkakskrydda ger den klassiska matjestårtan en finstämd julsmak.

Matjestårta med adventssmak 8–10 bitar1 ½ timme + ca 1 ½ timmeför brödet + tid i kylen 200 g glutenfri kavring, se recept ovan100 g smör2 tsk pepparkakskrydda FYLLNING 4 gelatinblad200 g matjessillfiléer½ rödlök, finhackad3 msk klippt gräslök80 g röd rom3 dl gräddfil250 g naturell kvarg1 krm svartpeppar GARNERA MED gräslök, rödlök och granatäppelkärnor 1. Kantskär kavringen och mixa i matberedare. Smält smöret, tillsätt pepparkakskryddan och blanda i brödsmulorna. 2. Kläm fast bakplåtspapper i botten av en form med avtagbar kant, 24 cm i diameter. Smöra även sidorna. Tryck ner degen i formen. Låt stå kallt en timme. 3. Blötlägg gelatinbladen i kallt vatten ca 10 minuter. Sila av och finhacka sillen. Blanda sill, rödlök, gräslök, rom, gräddfil, kvarg och peppar. 4. Ta upp gelatinbladen och krama ur vattnet. Smält bladen i 1 msk vatten på svag värme. Rör försiktigt ner…
