Mangomarmelad Fryst och tinad mango ger god smak och vacker gul färg på detta julgodis. Skär upp marmeladen i kuber och rulla i strösocker. 40 stycken30 min + tid att stelna 250 g mango, fryst ochtinad2 dl vatten370 g gelésocker multi GARNERING 1 dl strösocker 1. Koka mango med vatten några minuter, mixa slätt med mixerstav 2. Tillsätt gelésocker multi, koka enligt anvisning på paketet, ca ½ minut. 3. Häll upp massan i en bakpappersklädd form, ca 15 x 20 cm i storlek. 4. Låt stelna i rumstemperatur. Sätt sedan i kyl 1–2 timmar. 5. Skär i bitar, låt torka till något och rulla i strösocker precis före servering.
