Låt det gröna få ta stor plats när du lagar mat. Sväng ihop en gratäng med lax på en bädd av grönsaker, vegetarisk pytt med rotsaker eller en härlig kycklinggratäng med tomater.

Laxfilé på grönsaksbädd Den krämiga såsen i formen är god att doppa brödet i. 4 portioner1 timme 1 purjolök1 fänkål3 morötter500 g potatis1 dl grönsaksbuljong1 dl vitt vin1 tsk torkad timjansalt och nymald peppar450 g laxfilé1½ dl vispgrädde TILLBEHÖR 1 näve bladpersilja bröd 1. Sätt ugnen på 200°. Ansa purjon och fänkålen, skala morötterna och potatisen. Skär purjo, fänkål, morötter och potatis i tunna skivor. 2. Sprid ut grönsakerna i en smord ugnsform. Häll på buljong och vin. Krydda med timjan, salt och peppar. Täck med aluminiumfolie och tilllaga i ugnen ca 35 minuter. 3. Ta ut formen ur ugnen och ta av foliet. Skär laxen i stora tärningar och lägg dem på grönsakerna, salta. Häll på grädden och tillaga i ugnen i ytterligare 15 minuter. 4. Strö på hackad persilja och servera gratängen med brödskivor. Tips!
