All-One is a collection of poems, thoughts and writings from young artist Lorenz Alexander. Accompanied by abstract watercolor, this book is a retrospective history in the transformation of the self. Assembled from years of journals, scribbles, notes app blurbs, and more, this work is a reinterpretation of what it means to be 'alone.'
In its texture, format and flavor, it resembles Alexander's two greatest influences of the written word: Lao Tzu's Tao te Ching and Shakespeare's sonnets.
All-One creates a blend of countless elements, and this debut work aims to color the journey of a curious soul making contact with the transcendent quality of the 'self'. If that doesn't make any sense, don't worry about it, it's not important.
Enjoy the book.
