This book documents a 10-session project through which 2nd-5th graders were introduced to geological agriculture (GeoAg) or gravel gardening which does not require soil or fertilizers. GeoAg is referred to as rock gardening in laymen's terms. The children used grow cups to plant seeds for lentils, peas, beans, then drew pictures to document the growth of the plants.
