OMG this really works! You already know what you should be doing, but the hard part is actually doing it. Procrastination, poor productivity, poor time management and distractibility due to ADHD deeply affects our income, effectiveness, confidence, stress, and over quality of life. The cost over a lifetime can be millions of dollars, not to mention quality time lost. Some people don't procrastinate at all, and others have a major problem with it. Think of it as subconscious programming. The same way your computer needs an operating system, your mind needs a guide of how you expect it to perform. Keeping this book by your bed, and reading it for 5 minutes every morning first thing, before you even reach for your phone, because your phone gives you a dopamine kick, can create dramatic improvement in your daily performance, productivity, and effectiveness. And, it's easy because you are doing it naturally instead of the ongoing struggle you are used to. As you follow the guidelines and do a quick review of this book for 30 days, you'll notice your productivity, focus, and performance dramatically improve. You'll be less distractible, and easily get into a work flow state. You can read it last thing before falling asleep also for added effect. This is not a video nor an app, because you need to gently push your own thoughts through your own mind in your own voice. Identify with the messages, visualize and internalize the meaning to you and your life as you read this. Why not motivational videos? Videos spike your dopamine while viewing them, but then your dopamine drops throughout the day and when you really need to make key decisions.
