CHICKEN PAD THAI NOODLES SERVES 4 PREP AND COOK: 20 MINS 200g packet dried Thai rice noodles500g chicken stir-fry strips240g jar Pad Thai paste375g packet fresh stir-fry vegetables mix½ cup chopped fresh corianderChopped roasted peanuts andsliced chilli (optional), to serve 1 Prepare noodles according to packet directions.
