OREO-POPCORN SUNDAES Makes 4 servings Total time: 30 minutes 6 cups air-popped popcorn, from about 3 Tbsp. kernels3 ounces white chocolate, chopped1 Tbsp. coconut oil10 Oreo cookies, crushed (about 1 cup)¼ tsp. salt3 cups ice cream, any flavor Chocolate sauce and whipped cream, for serving 1.
