About Modern Wellness
Pre-COVID, wellness – although a trillion-dollar global industry – was associated with very consumer trends. From designer leggings to loaded smoothie bowls, it was increasingly seen as an elitist industry, not one that that had the genuine wellbeing at its very core. But when the pandemic hit, all we wanted were things in our everyday lives that would help to strengthen our health, our mind set, our fitness, our immunity, our communities and our homes. Modern Wellness taps into these huge trends for 2021 across three areas of focus: Wellness, Health and Fitness. Expect to find trends, solutions and information that will look towards a happier, healthier, and more holistic you!
