Enjoying the magazine
Lived in New Orleans for over 3 years and fell in love w food. This magazine and recipes remind me of the times and food at that time—and I love it!
You would think by the title of this magazine there would be plenty of recipes and history in it. Sadly this is not the case. It is all advertisements and tourism for the state of Louisiana. Sprinkled with 1-2 recipes. Save your money and take a pass on this one!
I thoroughly enjoy this magazine's recipes. I have used many of them and always look forward to receiving the next one. It costs more than I usually spend, but it worth it.
I have gotten this magazine over the years and after living in Louisiana the recipes are great and authentic. I live in Texas again and we have the best bbq but Louisiana has the best Cajun food. If you like a good gumbo, praline, dobash, or King cake you will find the recipes to make them.
