That included do it yourself projects, cars of old/new, performance, trouble shooting, etc. This magazine keeps alive the satisfaction of wrenching on cars, for men and women, alike.
I like keeping up with where style and tech are taking the rodding scene.
The April 2021 cover blurb "MALAISE" could well serve as an epitaph for what was once the world's number one automotive magazine.This wafer thin pamphlet lacks content and direction. Many stories are dated and boring; seemingly dredged out of dusty files of former shuttered sibling publications. As a lifelong subscriber I mourn the passing of my favorite magazine.

My son is a mechanic, I am a software engineer. Reading this helps me understand what and why he loves working on his car(s.s.s.s) so much. We can talk shop; well his shop anyway... I enjoy reading about the technology behind the upgrades and enhancements.
I recently resubscribed to my Hot Rod magazine subscription as I have done for the last 20 years or so. About a week or two later I read that Hot Rod is now going to make a bigger issue but come out only 4 times a year- I feel like I am being ripped off!
I have owned a classic car for 40 years. I love the articles and photos.
I really enjoy reading this magazine. I like to read about the muscle cars and drag races.
Reminds me of when I was young.
