Christ at the Wall in the City is Bill Krispin's first-person account of his lifelong adventure in ministry, which begins with his arrival at Westminster Seminary in 1965, following an urban childhood and graduation from North Park University. Though he originally intended to return to Chicago, Bill accepted Jack Miller's challenge to take up urban ministry in Philadelphia.
Thus began a life of service that included inner-city church planting and working with other Philadelphia pastors to initiate what later became the Center for Urban Theological Studies. Bill served as the Executive Director of that ministry, and later assumed leadership in other Philadelphia organizations, planting churches and building ministry partnerships in the city.
But the story does not end there. Bill has also been privileged to serve in cross-cultural ministry with Hispanic churches in Georgia and in China as a curriculum consultant and seminary instructor-a ministry that has grown into a vibrant training center serving the church throughout China.
Come read the story of Bill Krispin-a man of unshakable faith with an unflagging desire to serve Christ and His church.
