If your diet is high in refined carbs you’ll feel a difference if you simply cut all added sugar and refined carbs (see below). If you want to get more technical about it and count your carb intake in grams see How Low Should You Go on the opposite page for a guide to what is considered low-carb. If you have a medical condition or are on chronic medication consult a doctor who’s informed about low-carb diets before you start.
