MAKES 3 LARGE PIZZAS Preparation 32 min Cooking 12-12 min 3 large readymade pizza bases (basic bread dough) 1 Cover each base with toppings of your choice – seafood, meat or vegetarian (see right). 2 Arrange each base and topping on a kettle braai or on a grid over moderate coals. Close the lid or cover with aluminium foil and braai for about 10-12 minutes until the bases are crisp and the cheese melted. Serve immediately.
